Crafts, games, and demonstrations inspired by the stories of the At Home at Winterthur exhibition introduce history, art, conservation, and storytelling to kids ages 3–10 and the adults they bring with them. Each Tuesday features a new set of activities and a different guest artist! $5; free for Members and children ages 2 and under. Drop-in program although you may register in advance. 

July 7—At Home…on the land

Activities will include carding and spinning wool, churning butter, filtering “pond”  water, and play-doh tectonics. Guest artist Caroline Brown will join us with her Blue Bicycle Printing Press, plus explore the Touch-It Room.

July 14—At Home…in the house

Activities will include house building blocks, table setting, cut and paste floor plans, and a du Pont timeline game. Ceramic artist Heather Ossandon will join us, and Caroline Brown will return with her Blue Bicycle Printing Press, plus explore the Touch-It Room.
