Dining Options

The Visitor Center Café is open Tuesday–Sunday, 11:00 am–3:00 pm.

Grab and go sandwiches, wraps, and salads; soup of the day; sweet treats and snacks; coffee, tea, and assorted bottled beverages.

Members and visitors are welcome to picnic on-site.

On the Menu in April

Panini

  • Cubano Panini: Roast pork, sliced ham, and Swiss cheese with yellow mustard and dill pickle on Cuban bread
  • Portobello & Goat Cheese Panini: Balsamic roasted portobello mushroom with garlic and herb goat cheese spread, sea salt, black pepper, balsamic glaze, and extra virgin olive oil on ciabatta
  • Chips included with panini

Salads

  • Ancho-Spiced Grilled Chicken Salad: Grilled chicken breast, spring mix, cotija cheese, cherry tomatoes, and pickled red onion with chipotle ranch dressing
  • Spinach & Strawberry Salad: Fresh strawberry, baby spinach, red onion, shaved fennel, toasted pine nuts, and rye croutons with strawberry balsamic dressing 

Sandwiches & Wraps

  • House-Roasted Turkey on Brioche: Sliced roasted turkey and bacon strips with roasted garlic aioli, tomato, and green leaf lettuce on a brioche roll
  • Buffalo Cauliflower Wrap: Roasted buffalo-marinated cauliflower, baby spinach, shredded carrot, and red onion on a spinach tortilla
