The power of nature as a tool to promote a healthier body, mind, and spirit is no secret. What better place than Winterthur to learn about ways to introduce wellness into your life? Our beautiful, 60-acre garden and 1,000 acres of rolling hills, streams, meadows, and forests provide a powerful and peaceful natural setting in which to follow your individual body, mind, spirit approach toward achieving optimal wellness!
Every Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00-10:00 am
Activate your internal energy and strengthen your body and spirit as you practice slow, easy motions to get into the rhythm of nature. Led by Beth Sheehy. Bring a yoga mat, small towel, and a water bottle. Wear layers appropriate to the season. Classes are held rain or shine and will meet at the Brown Learning Center. Class will move outdoors as weather permits. Drop-in rate of $10. Nonmembers are $15, cash and Venmo accepted. Nonmembers are required to purchase a general admission ticket online or at the front desk if they wish to explore the Museum and grounds after the class. For more information, contact Beth Sheehy.

Discover how to make the most of walking or running on this famous country estate of 10 miles of roads and nearly 1,000 acres of scenery on this fast-paced calorie-burning walk. A new path featured during each hike. In case of inclement weather, please call our reservations office (302.888.4600) approximately 3 hours beforehand to check the status of the walk. Please note: this is a fitness walk and some terrain may be hilly. Walk begins at Visitor Center patio. Included with admission. Members free.
