What better place than Winterthur to learn about ways to introduce wellness into your life?  Our beautiful, 60-acre garden and 1,000 acres of rolling hills, streams, meadows, and forests provide a powerful and peaceful natural setting in which to follow your individual body, mind, spirit approach toward achieving optimal wellness!

Every Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00-10:00 am- Virtual Program

Activate your internal energy and strengthen your body and spirit as you practice slow, easy motions to get into the rhythm of nature. Led by Beth Sheehy.
