DESCRIPTION:Sold Out! \nWith Point-to-Point and Derby Day\, we’ll be off to the races in the month for May! Join us for fun off the race course with a bourbon tasting and bluegrass music as we bring Kentucky Derby-style to Delaware. Enjoy this walking bourbon tasting in the Winterthur Garden at its springtime finest. Noggin Hill\, a Philadelphia-based acoustic bluegrass and folk band\, will perform. Their rustic repertoire harkens to another time and incorporates vocal and instrumental elements of bluegrass\, “old time\,” and the Americana styles. This is an outdoor walking event in the garden\, weather permitting. Rain date: May 16. $65 per guest. Includes six of Kentucky bourbon (1 oz. each)\, a snack box\, and live music. $20 per designated driver (includes snack box); $20 kids ages 16 and over (includes snack box); kids 15 and under are free (no food or drink inclusions). Additional small snacks and drinks are available for purchase. Bring your own chairs or blankets for enjoying music on the lawn.
