As First Lady\, she had a portable stage built in the East Room of the White House for musical and dramatic performers from the worlds of poetry\, opera\, ballet\, and literature.  \nWilmington Ballet\, June 26\nJoin us for a performance by Wilmington Ballet of a new work set to the music of cellist Pablo Casals\, who was one of the many artists invited to perform at the White House during the Kennedy presidency. $15; $10 Members.
