Make a wooden garden marker to label your soon-to-be flower or vegetable.\n	Climb aboard Winterthur’s firetruck and discover its fascinating history and role in protecting the estate.\n	Learn how Tri-State Bird Rescue & Research rescues and rehabilitates injured and orphaned birds. Discover the role birds play in our ecosystem\, get tips on how you can support local wildlife\, and explore how conservation efforts help protect our feathered neighbors for future generations.\n	\nFrom Fleece to Fiber: A Winterthur Wool Journey \nMatthew Monk\, associate textile curator\, Heather Hansen\, conservator\, and crew will demonstrate skirting and scouring a fleece from one of the Winterthur merino sheep\, 10:00 am–12:00 pm. They will process the wool and spin it into yarn\, 1:00–3:00 pm. See fossils and tools and learn what makes a dinosaur. Take your own fossil souvenir home.\n	Learn the basics of weaving on a simple loom that can fit in your hands and go with you with Hello Loom.\n	Visit Guiding Paws of Delaware\, who raise puppies that will become life-changing Seeing Eye dogs for individuals who are blind or visually impaired.
