For those who have completed the introductory-level class\, guided practice is an ideal way to gain even greater physical and mental health benefits through closer examination and refinement of T’ai Chi Chih’s twenty simple movements. Instruction is flexible\, addressing the needs of individual students while sharing the experience of fellow practitioners. Classes are led by Jessica Lewis\, accredited T’ai Chi Chih instructor. Classes meet outside the Picnic House in the rear of the Visitor Parking Lot and take place in the garden\, weather permitting. In inclement weather\, location will move indoors. Members only. $135.
