Winterthur After Hours: Mix, Relax, and Explore
Join us for live music, our beer garden, a variety of food selections, and other offerings at Winterthur After Hours. Each After Hours will be located in the beautiful Winterthur landscape, so you can explore the Galleries and grounds. $10 per Member. $15 per nonmember. $5 per student. 13 and under are free. Join us along Clenny Run stream for an evening opportunity to explore Winterthur’s grounds, galleries, and beer garden. Enjoy music by Marlboro Road, a group of musicians hailing from Unionville, PA. At 6:30 pm, Eileen Scheck, assistant curator of Garden Education, will lead a walking tour connecting one of the new garden follies to one of the most famous rooms in America, Winterthur’s Chinese Parlor. Explore the garden scenes depicted on the hand-painted wallpaper and learn about the images chosen to decorate the Chinese Pavilion Folly.
*Picnicking is permitted in this evening’s location. Museum Store will be open.

Featuring The Joe Hillman Band
Join us for an evening of music and a beer garden among the tractors! Get a sneak preview of our family-friendly Truck and Tractor Day event. The Joe Hillman Band will supply the night's soundtrack with influence from rock and roll, bluegrass, and swing music. Hop on a quick hayride or join Chris Strand, director of Garden and Estate, at 6:15 pm for a walking tour of Winterthur’s historic greenhouses and talk about the tractors used to maintain the property and the history of horticulture and agriculture on the estate.

Enjoy the Americana sounds of Naked Blue, the songwriter team of Jen and Scott Smith, which has become a mainstay on the pop scene. At 6:30 pm, Leslie B. Grigsby, senior curator of ceramics & glass, Winterthur will lead a walking tour of Winterthur’s new exhibition, Dining by Design: Nature Displayed on the Dinner Table.
