Don’t miss this first-ever exhibition of Winterthur’s quilts, featuring stunning examples of exceptional artistry which have never been exhibited before. Quilts in a Material World: Selections from the Winterthur Collection will show the relevance of quilts in the lives of their makers, both past and present. Ranging in date from the 17th to the 19th century, the more than 40 quilts in the exhibition are drawn from Winterthur’s collection of nearly 300.
