Entertainment Packages:

Sponsor the tent that celebrates the event. Network among horsemen, Winterthur Trustees, and other invited guests who leave their picnic baskets at home and experience a the camaraderie of watching the races from the best vantage point on the grounds. Racing horses fly past the tent as you, your clients, and your colleagues join the Director’s invited guests and dine on a sumptuous lunch.

Corporate Tent—$10,000

Entertain up to 150 guests in a private tent 20-foot x 40-foot or 40-foot x 60-foot. Tables, chairs, linens, landscaping, and flowers are all assembled to complement your hand-picked menu. Your guests will receive corporate admission wristbands, VIP parking spaces, Racing Forms, shuttle service to and from the garden and museum, and private restroom facilities. Showcase one of Wilmington’s greatest traditions for your guests from the perfect vantage point of Corporate Knoll, situated on the north course of the races.

Jockey Club Tent—$3,000 for a table of 10 (includes one year membership to Winterthur Business Associates)

Entertain your guests on Corporate Knoll. Tables, chairs, linens, landscaping, and flowers are all assembled to complement your company’s theme. Your guests (10 per table, up to 5 tables) will receive corporate admission wristbands, VIP parking spaces, Racing Forms, shuttle service to and from the garden and museum, and private restroom facilities. Dine in style with a sumptuous buffet, cash or tab bar for your guests, and one of the best views of the race track at Point-to-Point!
