Springtime at Winterthur!

Winterthur will be closed to the public from February 1 until March 9, 2010, allowing the institution to better align its calendar with seasonal offerings and to continue to use resources wisely.

Members are welcome to continue to walk the grounds from dawn to dusk, weather permitting, and the library will remain open to researchers.

March Magic
We won’t be gone long—and we definitely won’t be hibernating this winter! With the March 9 reopening, you can expect a full slate of new programs, exhibitions, and house tours as well as the annual re-awakening of the garden. Find out more here!

New Café
March 9 will also see the opening of Winterthur’s new Café. Located in the Cottage, just across from the museum, in the Museum Store, this elegant space will feature delicious sandwiches and baked goods, gourmet coffee and tea, wine by the glass, and more.
