How did the idea for the StyleBox come about ?
Winterthur is a national treasure. People call Winterthur Design Associates from all over the country asking for assistance with paint colors, wallpaper and fabrics. As Sandy Brown began doing more designs from afar through photos, email and telephone, she decided to formalize the concept and make it more accessible.
Who does the design?
Sandy Brown, Interior Designer, Winterthur Design Associates and her team will personally put together all aspects of your design. With numerous years of design experience and vast resources at there fingertips, they will be able to provide you with a beautiful design for you to enjoy.
Is there communication between client and designer ?
Once we receive the necessary materials (Getting Started), Sandy Brown will set up a phone interview with you to review the information and get to know you better. Communication will take place primarily by telephone and e-mail.
How long does the process take?
Please allow six-eight weeks from the time materials are received for one room. Customized design is a process and we want to insure that you receive the best product possible.
When is payment due for my StyleBox?
Payment must be received in full before work can begin on your project. Payment can be made by check or credit card. Call 1.800.448.3883 x4836 to arrange for payment.
What if I have questions after I receive my StyleBox?
